I tried using the click list but its not user friendly at all. I also tried to find apple juice.... It gave me apples but zero juice options. I will try back in a few months and hope its improved!

I go through the app, finding the coupons I want and "clipping them", then buy groceries and find that it doesnt apply my coupons. SO FRUSTRATING! Waste of time.

For whatever reason, the desktop version of Kroger works fine, and I have no problem loading coupons onto my rewards card. Yet whenever I use the app and try to log on, I get a message saying that my login information is invalid. I dont know why this happens. I called tech support, and they were not able to fix the problem. Edit: Its Taken has some excellent suggestions for how to make this app actually usable. Kroger, please fix these things!

Ive been trying for months to use this app to download Kroger e-coupons and it never fails to crash! Ive complained about this to customer service SEVERAL times now and it still crashes. SO very frustrating and annoying!

Just updated my Apple Software this morning, now my coupons I loaded arent showing up. I had some really great deals on dog food too and I dont know if we get them.

Im not sure why a company of this size cant get an app to work correctly. When I try to load digital coupons, it often says I should try again later as the server is busy - really? If this was isolated I would give more than two stars, but this happens most of the time I use (on iPhone 6). It isnt very user friendly.

This app sometimes works and most of the time it doesnt. Its slow and its very hard to find things on it. Searches usually show things that Im not even searching for and when it does search the list is very limited. They also add updates to it and neglect to tell you how to use them. Very poor app.

I have tried managing my storage and restarting my phone and the app still wont open. I missed out on a ton of digital coupons my last trip.

I tried to enter my shopping list into the app. It wont add a generic item like "hamburger patties". You have to do a search for some branded item in the store. To get my hamburger patties, I had to enter "meat" and then scroll through hundreds of items looking for what I wanted. I finally gave up and went back to my pad of paper. What a shame. I was looking forward to being able to have a shopping list by store aisle, to avoid running back and forth from one end of the store to the other a dozen times. Oh well, I guess I need the exercise.

Unable to load coupons to my Kroger plus card through the app now. Please fix!!!

Show me the prices! App is worthless for price comparison or even budgeting for my grocery list!!!

My first interest was finding a way to locate items quickly. By and large the app helps with this task but - seriously - why are some every day items either in an "aisle may vary" or a generic "Grocery" location when theyve been in the same aisle for years? I suspect it has to do with items that may appear on a special display somewhere in the store as well as their normal spot. This could easily be solved. If you want green beans they are always in the same place but even Kroger brand green beans location may vary. If hunting for a "one off" item the app may or may not help and depending on the store an employee may not be helpful either. Another issue is reliability. Ive had items disappear off my list leading me to believe my wife already been to the store and picked them up. Wrong. I assumed I made a mistake but eventually determined that something was wrong. Kroger confirmed this saying a possible solution was to delete the app and download it again. I dont know what this means for existing items in history. My guess is theyre gone. Also havent been able to add something to favorites. The intuitive way to add an item doesnt work. Until the problem with items dropping off the main list is solved Im not sure Im going to bother adding favorites. Beyond solving basic functionality problems if Kroger was serious about offering something of value to their customers they would figure out a way to implement a pantry feature with auto-"reorder" tracking so that I know how many cans of spam are in the cupboard without counting. Scanning to deduct from inventory as an item is used would be awesome but Id settle for being able to manually adjust the count as the item is used. I recommend Kroger look at the pantry apps available in the App Store and design their app around functionality already available. I found an app from a competing grocer and a quick glance suggests Krogers competitors have it figured out. Kroger should be cognizant of whats happening in the real world as opposed to one protected by unions.

I forget what it was called, but for a brief time last year a category appeared in the coupon section that had a really good buy that was only good until the following Tuesday. I didnt realize it was there until I went to the categories section and saw it. Sometimes I missed the deal, but I loved it when I caught it because it was almost always something I buy anyway, and most of the time you could use the deal for more than one of that item. I liked it almost as much as Free Friday. Krogers digital coupons are one of the best things the company has ever done. I use this app many times a week! Keep trying out new things!

Okay, so I had to get this app explained to me. You basically have a card that stores all of your coupons buy the number. All you do is click on the coupon and it downloads to that card. Its fast quick and easy. So it does not produce a barcode, defiantly a smart idea but needs to come with some instructions.

Really poorly thought out registration. I cant link card because my wife had an account, but it wont let me link her account to the app

I like this app. Its easy to use and I can download digital coupons on my Krogers card. My one complaint is that the scanner function doesnt work. Other than that, good app.

Coupon app constantly said "We are unable to apply the coupon to your account, please try again later or contact customer service for additional assistance". I have "tried again later" three times. Asked the customer service to please fix it. The coupon app is useless when unable to add coupons. This happens on a day-to-day basis. It has me thinking I should just forget about savings at Kroger and that I should start shopping somewhere else. Almost like the app is programmed to allow a limited number of coupons. Please look into this and let me know what is happening. Thank you...... Now the app will not let me submit the request for customer service assistance. Glitchy beyond belief.

Wish the app gave nearby Kroger gas station locations and prices

Within the app. Other then that its okay. I currently have a part time job seeking another one. The only other thing I would enjoy is bill pay.
