To those concerned about losing the ability to download coupons on this app, you can still download coupons directly to your Kroger card through the website. There isnt any need to purchase a new phone and you can still save money! Win win.

Its a really simple app, which is nice. Its to the point. Just simple enough to accomplish the goal. Which for most is not wanting to carry paper coupons, nor look for them. Therefore we dont use them. This; you just scroll through like a social media website and add the coupons to your card of things you already need. *Swipe card, phob, or barcode in app while checking out in store* And the Ecoupons you added appear on the screen. Downloaded today and saved $4.75+ on things I would have bought anyways and would have never looked at a paper coupon.

The app seems to work just fine yet has so few stars. If youre still using an iPhone 4.. its time to upgrade your device. Its the reality of technology. Youre using a device thats almost 6 years old at this point. Technology wise, thats ancient. And upgrading is fairly easy and isnt a bank killer with how cell phone companies do it now. Kroger isnt abandoning anyone, its abandoning tech thats semi obsolete at this point. Even Apple dropped the 4 and 4s off its update list. You dont even have to grab the latest and greatest. Go pick up a 5s, or 6. They are practically giving them away. This app is pretty good. I havent had any issues with it so far.

Ive been a regular user of this app for a couple years. I appreciate the savings from the digital coupons. Its also nice I can complete my receipt survey from the app.

I am a huge fan of this app, especially for loading coupons to my card. I had an issue recently where the app would force close when I tried to click on the details of a coupon, and reached out to customer service. They worked with me to understand the issue and now I see the problem is fixed with the latest release! Thanks, Kroger!!

Some bad moments

Terrible I cant sign in to an existing account, thats nearly 5 years old. I contacted tech support three weeks ago, still without resolve.

It keeps telling me I can download another earlier app but then wont let me do it. I have no idea what is or is not loaded.

Here is to DesireePayne . Dont tell people to upgrade there working phone when it still works. Some of us are not dumb asses to spend money just to have the latest and greatest. IPhone 4 users revolt . When mine craps out then I will get a newer one. Giant Eagle at least listens to us and made there App work again for iPhone 4 users. Its not that hard.

Doesnt work on iPhone 4, have to start going to food lion now

The Click List app is a disaster. I spent more time messing with the app than I would have shopping at the store. The multiple list are confusing and full of bugs. Every time I hit a back button it logs me out. Editing an item in the list requires some coding classes and I have no idea if any of the coupons I selected applied. Simplify this thing and it would be an awesome experience. Less features and clean dashboards would be great. The Click List app should be separate from the main Kroger app. Login should be by fingerprint. Dont patch the roof Kroger...blow up the house and start from scratch if you want this service to catch on.

I like to search for items so I dont have to guess if theyre at a store. Unfortunately, this app doesnt recognize search terms whatsoever, including the word "flour".
