Overall the app is average at best. The Sign In to Shop button for the ClickList worked for a few weeks but now does not work at all when it is clicked. The layout of the app needs to be improved as well. It is difficult to search for items. For example, I want strawberries, types strawberries into the search feature and I have to scroll through everything that has the word strawberry before I find just strawberries. I love the ClickList but the app does not work and I have to go directly to the website to place my order. App is Worthless!!

I like others have an older iPhone. I love it. I dont want or need to upgrade. I tried using the Kroger website but it is horrendous on both desktop and mobile. Very disappointed that Kroger has ostracized so many of its loyal customers.

Not the easiest to navigate. Would be amazing if I could see where the coupons are that I "clipped" (like Targets Cartwheel app) & where the nearest gas station is.

Wanted to use this with clicklist so I could pick up in store but it is way too complicated and glitchy. It tells me to sign in when already signed in so I have to log out and then log back in. Lists created in the grocery/home section dont transfer over to clicklist. It will not let me create a list within the clicklist section. Id like to be able to generate a list throughout the week and then at the end of the week shop for those items on clicklist. Seems like a basic idea but not possible with current design. Please improve.

I downloaded this app and had nothing but horrors. I downloaded a digital coupon (1.99 w/couple n or 3.49 w/o) and went to three different stores, they clearly showed as downloaded but wouldnt work at the stores and I got the run around at each store and told that I would have to contact corporate, then they suggested it was my phone, I have an iPhone, then they said carrier, really my carrier is the top wireless, couldnt believe that they wouldnt honor a coupon from their store app. I left and deleted it while walking to my car, Im done with the app will never re-download it

I do use this app often to add coupons to my card, but using ClickList is very frustrating. I can no longer sign into my account from the ClickList main page. I have to go to my account and scroll down to view my store. If I accidentally hit the back button while in ClickList I have to go back through the whole process again. This part of the app is not user friendly at all.

When I click on ClickList, I go to a page saying to click to sign in to ClickList. Then it wont do anything.

I got this mainly for the shopping list. I have one for another local grocery store & love it but the Kroger app does NOT have half the stuff I am looking for. When I try to make my list the item is not found. Really- you dont have something like syrup listed in the app??? Take a page from H-E-B when I use their app I can scan to my list & know where to find the products in the store & the amount.

Since a month the Kroger ClickList wont open up for placing order online!!!! The site is weak and customer service helpless in helping me with this problem!!

I prefer shopping for food at Kroger over Walmart, but Kroger needs to learn a thing or two from the Walmart grocery shopping app. This app never works. The sign in button is unresponsive, the back button logs me out, and the lists dont sync. I find it very frustrating to use and have given up several times and switched to Walmart grocery pickup.

Cant update the app, its locked me out of the ads so......I will shop at the other available grocery stores and probably save money by doing so....bye bye Kroger

When I first downloaded the app for the ClickList, it worked great. Its been about two months now that the app will not let me create a ClickList order. When I select "ClickList" it does nothing. What is the point of offering this service if you dont have the correct technology to support it? Very disappointed.

Kroger decides to release app version 11.11 without Apples Touch ID support! Please do something right for once!

The app is not opening the ClickList the app was slow but it worked about a week ago. Even after the update. It still is not working

Wheres the Apple Pay? Please get on board. Its 2016 already.

I am a huge fan of this app, especially for loading coupons to my card. I had an issue recently where the app would force close when I tried to click on the details of a coupon, and reached out to customer service. They worked with me to understand the issue and now I see the problem is fixed with the latest release! Thanks, Kroger!!

This app had been working beautifully but all of a sudden the ClickList stopped working and without a wifi connection (even inside a Kroger) the app stops working. Very disappointed.

Great App, but Kroger needs to support ApplePay in this app and in stores. Location services needs to be updated to allow while using the app. This app does not need access to my location when its not open. Coupons should go directly to shopping list, including Kroger mailed coupons. App should also have the ability to scan physical coupons with camera.

K abandons iPhone4 users in oct 2016, now IOS8 in nov. Wow! In 2 mths, oct & nov 2016, upgrades for kroger app abandoned previously active app users. Oct upgrade excluded iphone4. Now nov upgrade pushed away IOS 8 users too. Guess they dont need our business. I bet app use is way down. WTG! My iphone 4 cannot meet IOS8 or IOS9 upgrade requirements. So I will no longer be able to access the Kroger app. Not fair to people who need and use digital coupons!!! I used to think i needed this app!! I cannot positively rate something I can no longer access!! You need a zero star option.

This app actually made my shopping easier, faster and more enjoyable until they made the IMPROVEMENTS. They took away the actual CHECK MARK from the checklist. They took away the AISLE heading for grouping. Now, items are simply moved to the bottom but not checked off. You have to go back and search for the heading that says UNchecked WHY NOT JUST USE THE ✔️ CHECKMARK like an actual list?? What a mess. A non shopper obviously made these "improvements."
