One of the worst apps I have. Aisle number no longer working. Aisle location detail field removed but still in faqs. Tech support non existent. No answer after hours of hold time. No response from email or voicemail. These guys went to lunch and never came back.

I have been using this app for a few months. It had actually made shopping somewhat easier when sorting items by aisle. Now over this past month that function has been rendered completely useless and all items show aisle may vary for every single item on my list. Nothing has been recently rearranged in my local store. I suppose its back to paper and pen list for me. Come on people! Ive just had a major spinal reconstruction surgery. I dont want to play Wheres Waldo. I need to get in and get out.

Cant finish the installation nor can I uninstall it. Sad!

App is sh*t and made by sh*tty developers. Why dont you hire someone who knows what they are doing? Also it keeps saying update when their isnt one. Uninstalling this piece of sh*t app.

Ill give this app a better review and stars when it gets some essential stuff to the pharmacy. There is still no Touch ID or 1Password access making it a pain to constantly hit pharmacy notification to get that annoying pop up to log in again and then you gotta get the password from 1Password. It had 1Password for a very short time and they took it out. Talked to support a couple times over a year ago and they said it was coming and its still not here. I use Kroger for all my grocery and pharmacy needs but a better design and less hassle with the pharmacy isnt much to ask.

The green add ons are not working that are at the bottom & the date of expiration is still valid. Thats the main feature. It would be great if our coupons could sort pet aisle as well like the regular shopping list. Also the app should combine the regular shopping list & coupons showing which items contain loaded coupons.

I love the Kroger app for coupons and checking fuel point balance. But, using the shopping list is pointless because once I get inside the store (Georgetown, KY) I have almost no service to my phone and no internet available. So, the shopping list does me zero good because I cannot load it once I am inside the store. Thank you!

The app forecloses when i type, then search..

As others have said... Updates shown, partially load then freezes. Unable to uninstall app. Very crappy.

This app is on the verge of being indispensable. But 1) I need to be able to share it real time with others in my household 2) without the sort by aisle feature, its barely better than a paper list you cant see very well. 3) the coupons are unreasonably hard to add to your list

I used to use this app all of the time. After the last two updates, I have not been able to even get it to load.

Kroger just doesnt get it. The app has many issues but here are just a few: 1. Get wifi in stores!! I cant use the app if I dont have access to the app! (not an app issue per se but still) 2. Why cant I add my physical coupons to my account in the app? I should be able to scan a coupon with my camera and add it to my app. 3. When I add a coupon from the coupon list view, that coupon should show up in my shopping list. Not as a separate list within the shopping list. Just add it to my list! 4. Can we have the option to get the coupons that are mailed to us (Kroger free milk, etc.) just added to the app? Wouldnt that be an easier way to do it? They just show up in he app and get used when I check out. 4a. Make all coupons go right to the app! 5. We would like to see a list of items we have in our pantry already. Something we can look at when buying food to see if we already have it so were not doubling up. Anyway, just a few ideas. Oh and one more… how about testing your app with actual customers?!?

Im kind of obsessed with this app. I had lost my original card and recently gotten a new one but hadnt submitted my information. But I was able to do that very easily through the app! Also, adding and using coupons has been insanely easy and awesome.

At least for the store in my area of Bloomington, IN a store layout/map would be an amazing addition to the app. Only because I know that not having one prevents a lot of people from the adventure through these, now, awesome but gimongo Krogers.

The person who wrote App is up to date to technology days is sooooo true! I agree with everything they are saying!!! I want my coupons on here that get mailed to me, I want to be able to put them in my app if I want!

Now that the aisle numbers are back, this app is wonderful. Makes my shopping trip so quick and easy!
