App doesnt work much of the time

Im not sure why a company of this size cant get an app to work correctly. When I try to load digital coupons, it often says I should try again later as the server is busy - really? If this was isolated I would give more than two stars, but this happens most of the time I use (on iPhone 6).
It isnt very user friendly.
