The app is still not opening ClickList after the update. Like another user said, it was working for me 2 weeks ago, though slow, but not at all now. Im not sure if this is the app or not, but it also says you should be able to update until midnight the night before pickup, and twice it hasnt let me update my order after 8pm the night before, leaving me to either pay for things I no longer need or cancel an entire order with things I do need.

This version is awful! Before you could easily see the sale prices and when it expired - that all disappeared. Even if you click on the item theres no pricing listed at all. How are you to shop and create list? I wish I never updated. Why fix when it was never broken?! So frustrating.

What happened to the other sale items I buy? I used this to see sale prices and add to my list after adding from the weekly ad. Now its just a list of other items I have purchased, but they have no prices, you cant tell if its on sale or not. I dont care what aisle its on. If its an item I always purchase anyway (on sale), then I already know where it is!

Todays upgrade broke my shopping list functionality. It also made it so that I cant see my digital coupons. Way to fubar the app just in time for Thanksgiving shopping!

I Use the Kroger App to route me through the store with my grocery list. It works real well. There is one problem however! The entrance door leads first to the deli, than to the bakery, and then to the produce department.(Isle 1) When the list is sorted in the Kroger App it puts produce department at the end of the list after dairy which is at the extreme other end of the store. Can someone from corporate IT change it so that produce (Isle 1) is listed in the grocery list Before isle 2? This all makes sense to me. Why not to the Kroger Corporate IT people? The latest app change yesterday is a change for the worst. It is hard to start a list by date. And like the other version it does not sort produce in the correct order.

I love the Kroger app and digital coupons. The latest update took "my coupons" off the list page. I loved being able to just pull up that list which was sorted by category. Please return it to the app. Also, please add Apple Pay!! Even my dentist has Apple Pay and she is a single doctor practice.

The latest version is not an improvement. Its too easy to delete items on your list. Once gone, there is no retrieving them. I dont like the swiping to check or delete. It would be good if there was a way to alert the shopper that there is an ecoupon for an item on the list.

The app no longer functions at all. It crashes immediately after launch. I tried both rebooting my phone and deleting and reinstalling the app. The problem persists.

I am becoming more and more frustrated with the limitations on the digital coupons. I am constantly not able to add coupons to my card that I want to. There shouldnt be a limit to how many digital coupons I want to add. I should be able to add every single one to my card if I want to, or better yet, Kroger should just automatically add the coupons to my card so I dont have to deal with it. ----- This is much better than previous versions, but my biggest issue is that I want to add items to my personalized grocery list with a generic item like "Parmesan cheese" and then I want to see suggestions on sales and digital coupons from Kroger. -------- I like the app AnyList much better than your app... I like how: If I dont have to have clear internet access to load (because it is very difficult to get a connection in your stores) and it loads much faster on my phone, the automatic categorization of items is better, the overall look is much cleaner which makes it easier to find items on my list, it updates very quickly so my husband can see things/cross off things on the exact same list at the same time, to remove items off of the list you can swipe to delete or tap to cross off theorem, etc... I want AnyList and your digital coupons to merge to create one EASY shopping experience!

I used to love Kroger but my bad experience lately at the stores near me and now with the app not functioning, I find myself going elsewhere to shop. Its ridiculous that I can only add a few coupons before getting an error to contact customer service. Makes the app pretty useless. The two stars are for the Friday freebie they offer.

The newest update isnt stable. The app wont even launch correctly and immediately crashes.

Two stars for historically good experience, but latest update has coupons malfunctioning. Unable to add almost anything I select. Coupons supposedly already on my card still appear with a plus sign/prompt to add. So are they on my card or not? Too frustrating to continually see "cannot add this coupon," so I guess this broken update will cost me money this week in savings I cannot obtain.

The app stopped working and cant get it to load. Download it again still didnt load.

Apparently someone messed the app up since last year. No more groceries by aisle and its very glitchy. Freezes up and doesnt run smoothly. What gives???

Sort by aisle hasnt worked since the last two updates.

We LOVE the Kroger app! Online lists are much more convenient because I hardly ever forget my phone, the digital coupons are awesome, I dont even have to work at saving money. And we really love the latest feature that shows what aisle to find the product on. Its amazing, our shopping experience would not be the same without it! :)
