Terrible I cant sign in to an existing account, thats nearly 5 years old. I contacted tech support three weeks ago, still without resolve.

It keeps telling me I can download another earlier app but then wont let me do it. I have no idea what is or is not loaded.

Here is to DesireePayne . Dont tell people to upgrade there working phone when it still works. Some of us are not dumb asses to spend money just to have the latest and greatest. IPhone 4 users revolt . When mine craps out then I will get a newer one. Giant Eagle at least listens to us and made there App work again for iPhone 4 users. Its not that hard.

Doesnt work on iPhone 4, have to start going to food lion now

The Click List app is a disaster. I spent more time messing with the app than I would have shopping at the store. The multiple list are confusing and full of bugs. Every time I hit a back button it logs me out. Editing an item in the list requires some coding classes and I have no idea if any of the coupons I selected applied. Simplify this thing and it would be an awesome experience. Less features and clean dashboards would be great. The Click List app should be separate from the main Kroger app. Login should be by fingerprint. Dont patch the roof Kroger...blow up the house and start from scratch if you want this service to catch on.

To those concerned about losing the ability to download coupons on this app, you can still download coupons directly to your Kroger card through the website. There isnt any need to purchase a new phone and you can still save money! Win win.

I like to search for items so I dont have to guess if theyre at a store. Unfortunately, this app doesnt recognize search terms whatsoever, including the word "flour".

Did not work on an iPhone 5s and it does not work on an iPhone 7. Will use the website until a useful version is distributed.

Whenever I hit the item in digital coupons to load to my card , the screen goes back to my home screen . Never loads to my card . This just started happening and Ive tried doing everything on my end . App support , please fix this ! Very frustrating to not be able to get digital coupons loaded to save

It is deplorable that you will not serve EVERYONE who shops at Kroger with your app!!! Apple & phone companies have made it too expensive for many of us to upgrade to current phones. Horrendous that you cannot serve all of us! At least improve your website available on search on phone. I reset the preference for coupons to "Expiration" every single time I go in there - its been this way well over 5 years!!! The website is so much worse than being able to use the app!!!!!!!!!!! Glad for those who can have new phones in their budget; but, many cannot!!!!!!!! Thats discrimination!!!! Maybe thats one reason Apple stocks are not doing well & losing daily!!!! The most up-to-date phone IS NOT A PRIORITY IN EVERYONEs life, especially as food prices continue to RISE!!! You cant eat an expensive phone!!!!! Its so bad that you only cater to the group who can afford it or who mis prioritizes what is most valuable & necessary in life!!! Technology has bitten me in so many ways lately - with wireless/internet provider; with apps updating beyond ones capability & phones working not-so-greatly!!!! We the people are apparently powerless against these constant increases in cost!!!! No one cares!!!! ESP not Apple - and, now, not Kroger!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Site has said network error for over 6 months. Whats the point?

Its a really simple app, which is nice. Its to the point. Just simple enough to accomplish the goal. Which for most is not wanting to carry paper coupons, nor look for them. Therefore we dont use them. This; you just scroll through like a social media website and add the coupons to your card of things you already need. *Swipe card, phob, or barcode in app while checking out in store* And the Ecoupons you added appear on the screen. Downloaded today and saved $4.75+ on things I would have bought anyways and would have never looked at a paper coupon.

Every time I click on the click list sign on, nothing happens. Also, why cant the shopping list merge with click list? Fix this!!

The app seems to work just fine yet has so few stars. If youre still using an iPhone 4.. its time to upgrade your device. Its the reality of technology. Youre using a device thats almost 6 years old at this point. Technology wise, thats ancient. And upgrading is fairly easy and isnt a bank killer with how cell phone companies do it now. Kroger isnt abandoning anyone, its abandoning tech thats semi obsolete at this point. Even Apple dropped the 4 and 4s off its update list. You dont even have to grab the latest and greatest. Go pick up a 5s, or 6. They are practically giving them away. This app is pretty good. I havent had any issues with it so far.

Apparently there are a lot of good hearted people offering to buy new phones if you still have an iPhone 4. How wonderful since the app no longer works for us. I hope you appreciate sarcasm. Please allow an older version of the app to work for those of us who cant afford to upgrade our phones. Thank you!

I had this app on my phone for months. Now for some reason it wont let me add my Kroger number and gives me a message that the account is tied to another family member. Called customer service (and was on hold 25 minutes before I was helped) and the customer service person told me that the card was tied into my mother-in-law Kroger number and was using her phone number. My MIL passed 7 years ago. No other reason was given as to why app not working. Poor customer service!!!!! So I deleted it and will not shop Kroger for awhile. Marsh, here I come!!!

The app crashes. I spent time creating two "carts" to only make it to the final step to be told there was an error. This has happened every time for the last 4 times Ive used it. Such a waste. Reached out to customer service - they closed at "midnight", but at 11pm, no one to help this tired mama looking to get some groceries.

The UX on this app is just awful. I work in IT and have trouble getting to Click List because clicking on the link takes me to a screen with another "click here to shop" button that is unresponsive. Then I have to login, which may or may not get me to click list. Then I build my cart just to find out there are no same-day pick up times. I dont even know what the checkout is like since Ive never made it that far, but Im concerned. Will I be able to scan my paper coupons? Is there any real investment in IT at Kroger.

This app needs to be update ALL THE TIME. Pain in the arse. Just give us the sale/coupon prices, its a clunky pain of an app.

Ive been a regular user of this app for a couple years. I appreciate the savings from the digital coupons. Its also nice I can complete my receipt survey from the app.
