Wont Accept My Password

For whatever reason, the desktop version of Kroger works fine, and I have no problem loading coupons onto my rewards card. Yet whenever I use the app and try to log on, I get a message saying that my login information is invalid. I dont know why this happens. I called tech support, and they were not able to fix the problem.

Edit: Its Taken has some excellent suggestions for how to make this app actually usable. Kroger, please fix these things!
