I&Os update beyond what many users phone & budget!!!

It is deplorable that you will not serve EVERYONE who shops at Kroger with your app!!! Apple & phone companies have made it too expensive for many of us to upgrade to current phones. Horrendous that you cannot serve all of us! At least improve your website available on search on phone. I reset the preference for coupons to "Expiration" every single time I go in there - its been this way well over 5 years!!! The website is so much worse than being able to use the app!!!!!!!!!!! Glad for those who can have new phones in their budget; but, many cannot!!!!!!!! Thats discrimination!!!! Maybe thats one reason Apple stocks are not doing well & losing daily!!!! The most up-to-date phone IS NOT A PRIORITY IN EVERYONEs life, especially as food prices continue to RISE!!! You cant eat an expensive phone!!!!! Its so bad that you only cater to the group who can afford it or who mis prioritizes what is most valuable & necessary in life!!! Technology has bitten me in so many ways lately - with wireless/internet provider; with apps updating beyond ones capability & phones working not-so-greatly!!!! We the people are apparently powerless against these constant increases in cost!!!! No one cares!!!! ESP not Apple - and, now, not Kroger!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
