Bad UX

The UX on this app is just awful. I work in IT and have trouble getting to Click List because clicking on the link takes me to a screen with another "click here to shop" button that is unresponsive. Then I have to login, which may or may not get me to click list. Then I build my cart just to find out there are no same-day pick up times. I dont even know what the checkout is like since Ive never made it that far, but Im concerned. Will I be able to scan my paper coupons? Is there any real investment in IT at Kroger.
