Major bug needs to be fixed ASAP

Whenever I hit the item in digital coupons to load to my card , the screen goes back to my home screen . Never loads to my card . This just started happening and Ive tried doing everything on my end . App support , please fix this ! Very frustrating to not be able to get digital coupons loaded to save
