App not in the digital age

Kroger just doesnt get it. The app has many issues but here are just a few:

1. Get wifi in stores!! I cant use the app if I dont have access to the app! (not an app issue per se but still)

2. Why cant I add my physical coupons to my account in the app? I should be able to scan a coupon with my camera and add it to my app.

3. When I add a coupon from the coupon list view, that coupon should show up in my shopping list. Not as a separate list within the shopping list. Just add it to my list!

4. Can we have the option to get the coupons that are mailed to us (Kroger free milk, etc.) just added to the app? Wouldnt that be an easier way to do it? They just show up in he app and get used when I check out.

4a. Make all coupons go right to the app!

5. We would like to see a list of items we have in our pantry already. Something we can look at when buying food to see if we already have it so were not doubling up.

Anyway, just a few ideas. Oh and one more… how about testing your app with actual customers?!?
