Great App, no service in store

I love the Kroger app for coupons and checking fuel point balance. But, using the shopping list is pointless because once I get inside the store (Georgetown, KY) I have almost no service to my phone and no internet available. So, the shopping list does me zero good because I cannot load it once I am inside the store.
